Suicide Squad reportedly delayed again

Warner Bros has reportedly delayed Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League again.

According to Bloomberg, developer Rocksteady needs more time to iron out bugs and polish some aspects of the title, but the core gameplay won’t be affected to a meaningful degree, a source said.

It’s unclear what the game’s new release window might be, but Suicide Squad was due to launch on May 26 and should still release this year, according to Bloomberg.

Warner Bros hadn’t confirmed the delay at the time of writing, but GamesIndustry.biz reached out to the publisher for comment.

Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League was initially scheduled for a 2022 release but was delayed to 2023 last year.
