Microsoft has fully released a new friends and family plan for Xbox Game Pass in two new territories – Ireland and Colombia, following a trial period.
The feature lets one user and up to four other players share one subscription to Game Pass Ultimate, each with access to their own profiles and accounts.
It’s priced at €21.99 (£18.96) a month in Ireland and 49,900 pesos (£9.60) in Columbia.
As well as access to Game Pass’ roster of titles, Ultimate also gives users access to EA Play, cloud streaming, and discounts on the store.
The plan will only allow users based in the same country or region to share one subscription.
Microsoft rolled the feature out to Xbox Insiders in the two countries last month. The firm that future countries may be added in the “next months.”
Xbox is also making strides to improve access to cloud gaming; speaking to GamesIndustry.biz last month, principal product manager Harrison Hoffman discussed the company’s partnership with Samsung to bring games streaming straight to television.
