Activision Blizzard releases 2022 representation data

Call of Duty maker Activision Blizzard has released its 2022 representation data.

This year’s report includes data on full-time employees who identify as non-binary.

The company says that women and non-binary individuals make up 26% of its staff. In 2021, women represented 24% of Activision Blizzard.

Gender data for the publisher represents employees globally.

In 2022, under-represented ethnic groups represented 38% of the publisher. By comparison, last year, the group numbered 36%.

Employee ethnicity data represents staff who identify as multi-racial or non-white within the US only.

In 2021, the company said that by 2025, one of its goals is to increase women and non-binary staff by fifty percent.

Activision Blizzard hasn’t announced a target for increasing the number of under-represented ethnic groups.
